I've been singing the praises of Banh Mi Up all summer, encouraging friends to go there, and taking members of my family. However, in my last visit, the amazing and delicious cole slaw had zero fluid/marinade. They completely forget to make it right, and served it dry. I told them about it and the server just shrugged their shoulders. I will give them another try.
Nothing new in this review: best banh mi I've ever had, very friendly counter folks, nice selection of beer on tap and comfortable outdoor seating. I hope I go back often. Vegetarian options: Each dish is available with tofu, plenty for veggies to choose from
