I love the food at Sarku, BUT WILL NEVER EAT HERE AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! The woman manager here IS WAY OUT OF CONTROL, Absolutely DOWNRIGHT NASTY, SCREAMING AT THE CUSTOMERS!!! This location has friendly chefs, BUT THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO CLOSE EARLY, AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR BEFORE THEIR ONLINE POSTED CLOSING TIME. So, you walk up to the counter and you get SCREAMED AT, LIKE tonight, WE'RE CLOSED, GO AWAY!!! Her arms flailing in rage. THIS Happened at 6:30pm today & other times, with their posted closing time of 7pm. Last year I contacted their corporate headquarters in Canada about this, nothing was ever done. IF YOU ENJOY ABUSE, GO HERE! If not go somewhere else. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, ASAP. WHAT AWFUL EXPERIENCES here!
Highly recommend the chicken teriyaki and the chicken egg roll
RUDE!!! I don't like to be rushed. The cashier is impatient. She yells through her mask, which makes her speech inaudible... Which causes you to take more time ordering! The food is average.
