Chipotle Mexican Grill

While the Manhattan Chipotle customer service experience can be dicey, the customer service at this location is top notch. The staff was genuinely happy and in a good mood. I was asked what I wanted to order with a smile and as my burrito bowl was being assembled, the crew was still smiling and having a good time while still working incredibly efficiently. Some of the other customers were maybe a lingering a bit awkwardly, perhaps stoners. Some other patrons thought it was appropriate to eat out in public wearing sweatpants that reveal the entire shape of the buttocks. I certainly cannot blame the staff for the quality of clientele. I do hope that as Staten Islanders see the quality and offerings of our local services improve/upgrade, they will, in kind, elevate their own dining experiences with improved social behaviors.

I placed an order online and paid extra for Guacamole (avocado) but when I go home and try to eat there was no Guacamole. I’m a regular customer and really disappointed as paid extra for that. Even when I picked the order I asked from the employee, did you put avocado and she said yes. Why you can’t look at the order and do it right? So bad
