My only complaint is that while they use a separate spatula to serve food. Only one is used to handle raw and mostly cooked. They used to use seperate. This is because often time to serving isnt really long enough to cook any cross contamination. Love the fried teriyaki chicken. Includes mixed steamed shredded veggies, and fake fried rice or white rice. Practices started durring covid introduce online advance ordering, sheild between customers and the food. Also much better organization of orders. Despite the issue with the spatulas I will still return. But they do need to fix this one issue.

Came here mid October to order three Chicken Teriyaki plates to go. Normally the food is great here but this time the vegetables were badly spoiled. Cheese smelling spoiled. The rice was dry but chicken still tasted fresh. Left a voicemail with Corporate and they promised a refund but never initiated so now I have to bother disputing the transaction. I'll give this place another chance because I love their food but I would advise others to check their food, especially the veggies in case they leave it out too long in between preparations.

Underneath the chicken is a bunch of blandness. Dumplings are not homemade. The chicken is at least good quality. The good overall is so greasey yet flavorless
