When I come to order on my lunch break, a blue shirt worker was very rude. Tapping his fingers while I was ordering and gave me an attitude as well. I immediately cancelled my order. I have never experienced this at a Chick-fil- A ever in my life!!! I waited to see if he would treat the next customer the same and he did not! Poor customer service for me!!!
Chick Fil a has got to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants in St. Louis. Service inside is consistently high quality and my orders have rarely ever been mistaken, but if they were, the Chick Fil A staff was quick to make up for it. The drive through line may seem long, but they do a great job at moving it along. Their breakfast in my opinion is superior to the lunch and dinner options, but all are great!
