I LOVE EATING FROM HERE I DROVE FROM BLYTHEWOOD TO HARBINSON TO GET MY FAMILY FOOD THE ONLINE HOURS SAYS THEY OPEN AT 11A.M. DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE TO BE TOLD THEY DON'T OPEN TIL 12. Very UNEXCEPTABLE. YALL NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ONLINE HOURS IF THAT'S THE CASE YOUR WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME AND GAS
According to the website this place is supposed to open at 10 AM. Got here at 11. It’s currently 11:30 and they’re still not out here. Nothing is out or prepared. It’s like they think “opens at 10” means that’s when to start getting the store ready, and not when they’re supposed to start taking orders. Never has a wait this bad with this. Guy finally comes back and says 10 more minutes. I ask when when they’re supposed to open. He just keeps saying wait a little bit. Maybe not very nice of me but u just left and went somewhere else. Maybe there was a miscommunication but it sounds like no, they were supposed to be open already and fell behind. Cause last I checked I’ve never heard of a restaurant begin serving people at exactly 11:42 AM
Terrible customer service. Charges you for shrimp sauce. Fills your plates with nasty cabbage instead of something edible.
