Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I will never eat here again this is my remade salad. The GM was in the store when this was made. He had the nerves to tell me they are doing the best the can. The second picture was the first salad.

After a 30 minute wait that was supposed to be about 20, we decided to leave. The long wait was because they only had one server. I spoke to the manager and advised her that if the pay was better for that position, they might be able to hire more people. She said that I was wrong. Not the best interaction I've had with resturant industry senior personnel. This establishment has gotten the last dime of my money. Good luck finding folks who want to work here! From a quick check of previous reviews, it appears that the management's claims of striving for good customer service is a bunch of propaganda at best. Worst Red Robin that I have visited!

Food was really good. We always had a fresh supply of drinks and our server was very attentive. They have a kiosk on the table that allows you to pay without waiting for a check. This saves a lot of time.
