Came to Saplai Lao & Thai for dinner the other day. I ordered the Pad Thai and spring rolls along with fried rice. The food was delicious, only minor thing was the pad Thai was very saucy. Apart from that a solid 4.5/5 stars. Prices are somewhat reasonable, would recommend!
My new favorite place for Pad Thai. If you like a lot of spice then a level 4 is for you. “Warning” a level 4 may have your stomach burning. I stick to a level 2 and that is good enough for me. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
I really wanted to like this place because I love thai food. Choose your dishes carefully! I ordered pork on the street food menu. The smell, texture, flavor was loud and clear that it did not come from a pig. I know it's not illegal to serve this kind of meat in TX but it's not for the weak.
