Best pancakes I've ever had! Migas was great, over medium eggs cooked perfect, kids meals were larger portions than I imagined. But the pancakes were good enough to briefly consider moving from Florida to Texas. Service was attentive and on point.

The waitress is extremely knowledgeable of the menu. The food is good and served at the appropriate temperature but I feel like the timing could be better. It's nitpicking to say but I think it would be better to serve the main dish and the side separately, in this instance a foot diameter pancake, because as I was eating my omelette it cooled. That is my only complaint. As a suggestion, they could do with some sort of door chime to alert them when customers enter if no one is in the front of the house for whatever reason.

Great Place: Food A, Atmosphere A and Service A. Extensive Review: I was really upset when I arrived, and the whole minute it took them to seat me I was enraged! Winter was my server and she was polite and peaceful. The music was too! Clean, recently renovated, well decorated and simple. Food came out in good time and I was already doing better. It tasted really good and even the fruit was fresh (berries). Antonio, head chef came out to greet one of the patrons, and took some time to greet me. Great people! Shout out to Christian who made my delicious omelette. I hear Jenny, the owner is the one who cultivates such a great atitude, thank you!
