No one wears gloves or hairnets. They handle cash and just rinse their Hands for about 5 seconds and then use their shirts to dry them. Go to Rustys or cataldos. Never coming here again.

Santana Barbara Pizza and hot wings are very delicious. YUMMY. The workers were very polite . Even though I work at Rusty's pizza. I have to admit Santa Barbara Pizza is YUMMY. You all need to go try Santa Barbara Pizza.

Worst customer service ever. My coworker ordered pizza for us and let them know that she was ordering for someone else and would not be present at delivery. They came and refused to even get the pizza out of the vehicle before verifying the credit card (which wasn’t present because it was across town) We tried to FaceTime the cardholder and the delivery person said “sorry, it has to be in person” and walked away as my kids started to cry. I have an extensive order history with them, but because my coworker didn’t they wouldn’t bend. The delivery driver sat in his car on the phone for 5 min before even coming to the door. Sad that they will loose a long time customer over this.
