Samurai Noodle was really good. I got the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen and I enjoyed it. The broth was flavorful and the pork was very soft and tasty. I went with someone who loves Ramen and they enjoyed it so much they came back the next day. We had a large group and the ramen was served really fast. The atmosphere is kind of low end but you are coming for the ramen.

Came in around lunch time midweek, the place was half full and I was seated right away. I placed my order for a bowl of ramen and was served within 15 minutes - that was really fast and so it's good. The food was well presented and taste very good too. The only thing that I didn't like is that, the broth was just lukewarm ???? and I'm tempted to have it reheated but was starving and have to go back to work for a 1pm meeting. This is my first time to try this place so I'll give it another try and will probably ask to make sure that the broth be served piping hot. So we'll see and hope they'll be ok with that since I find the server very friendly anyway. The thing that I find interesting is that, you have an option to customize your ramen so I'm excited to go back and try that. Their noodles is made in-house so that's a very good thing. The place is clean and well maintained. Parking is not an issue. I will update my review if things change on my next visit.
