I've been to Saltgrass Steak House many, many times, but never for Happy Hour...Wow! I stopped at the Mansfield Texas location. Half price appetizers & $3 drafts ... Super Winner! To begin, I had the Tenderlion Bites - Absolutely Incredible! Steak bites perfectly cooked medium, and the sautéed mushroom, grilled onions, sauce was excellent! $6!!!! And only $10.99 regular price - Wow!
Had a great time. Our waiter was attentive. Never let our drinks run out. The food was fantastic. Started out with fried mushrooms, and several drinks ( Tropical Sangria, Grand Sangria, Margaritas and more) then we got coconut shrimp and a couple of bone-in ribeyes. HUGE!!!! AND cooked as ordered. We left happy customers.
Very nice and clean restaurant. Food was pretty good for the most part, my steak was perfect once I had them cook it a bit long with great taste. The shrimp were perfectly made. My husband wasn't so happy about his steak yet he also didn't ask them to cook it longer. Drinks were amazing and on point. I would go back.
