The service is horrible every time I go in (I guess management doesn't care about the employees having friends hanging around)... the food takes to long and its not worth it!!! This location needs to do BETTER!!!
very bad service, very bad attention, dirty menus with sauce and food, we asked for lemonade for my children and a glass seems to have been forgotten... I walked into this IHOP last night and found one of the overnight employees being verbally abusive with one of the doordashers that I guess was there to pick up somebody's food. I wasn't trying to get into their business, but it seems like the IHOP employee didn't really want to do her job and then started being rude to the Dasher when she asked for the food. This is not the first time I have seen an IHOP employee at this particular location act a fool with a door dasher. That being said looks like I'm getting my pancakes from waffle House from now on. I don't know why that employee had such an attitude but I really don't want to be around people with an attitude like that, especially not if they're going to be serving me food... You might want to adjust your hiring process or hire an extra manager to be a babysitter if people can't act right.
