I was visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this small diner. It's only got like 4 table and a bar sitting area, but the food was absolutely amazing! I got the philly omelet, and it was jammed packed with meat and cheese. The staff made you feel so welcome! Will definitely eat here again next time I'm in town.
Nothing better than Salem’s. Great food, and great atmosphere. Always feel like the world is a smaller place when I walk in, they make you feel welcome and taken care of.
My first Philly cheese steak. And great service from Wayne, Willie and the crew here. Highly recommend ???? Update: took a coworker here for lunch Fri, he agreed best cheese steak he's ever had! If "Jack & Diane" lived in BHM, they'd get chili dogs from Wayne... way better than the Tastee-Freeze. ????
