We got here around 11:30AM. The lunch crowd had already started to arrive. We waited in line about 10 minutes to place our order and it was at our table in about 10 minutes. The food was very good and reasonably priced.
I was hungry as a teenage boy. I ordered the chicken pot pie and my wife ordered the pot roast. I had the spring peas and fried green tomatoes. Everything was wonderful. I'm picky on the fried green tomatoes so I was surprised they were as good as they are. I loved the chicken pot pie was so good I forgot to offer any to my wife. To be fair, she forgot to offer any pot roast. Neither of us was able to finish what we offered. We were passing through and did not have a way to take leftovers. It hurt to leave it there. Great meat and 3. They ran out of chicken pot pie unfortunately.
