Edit to add: I went to this location again after a while of not going and I was in line when I heard the manager threaten to fire the cashier. He said a joke about something being a fireable offense and since it was her first mistake she would lot be fired. The first time could’ve been a fluke but if you manager is joking about this and I’ve heard him twice I can’t imagine how old these “jokes” must get to the staff. Why would anyone want to come to work where even jokingly they are told their job is on the line in front of customers. I love this Salata location! The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. But I can’t stop thinking about the display I saw last night when I stopped in to pick up dinner. There was a female employee helping me and while I was checking out with the male manager I overheard the employee telling him that she forgot to clock in after lunch so could he adjust her time. They were not busy at that very moment but the she had to refill a lot of the ingredien

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Create idea of building your own salad. The small was filling for me and every bite felt worth not only the money but my health. The people were nice and understood it was my first time and let me read everything as I picked my base, toppings, and dressing. Expect to pay more for a protein but the quinoa and salmon were worth the extra bucks. When my family comes to visit I'm taking them here to try. ✌???? Delicious.

If I could only eat at one place it would be Salata. There staff is always fantastic. As a loyal and frequent customer I can safely say Dani is always friendly and super awesome. Love this place so much.
