Amy's China Cuisine

I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein from Amy's for lunch takeout. Estimated wait time was fine. Sure enough I arrived right on-time to the restaurant and my food was packed up, bagged, and ready for pickup. This is where the bad experience starts... When I walked into the restaurant, they have a table where they place to-go orders. Mine was there, with my name clearly visible and labeled on the ticket taped to the bag. Next to the table however is a sign that says something like 'Customers do not touch, employees will hand you your order'. This works well if you are fully staffed, but instead there was one hostess at the front who was on the phone, and one woman (who seemed to be in charge, but can't verify) who waived me off saying "pay first" when I approached and redirected me to the front hostess before sitting down. I ordered online, and I'm pretty sure the ticket had PAID on it, but I can't confirm. I'm thinking 'OK... kinda rude but let's go to the hostess and do things by the book.'

This place was amazing. Imagine regular Chinese food but taken to the next level, plus incredible service - fast, nice, great prices. Vegetables were really fresh and the meat was quality, no fatty or hard parts. Vegetarian options: Vegetable egg rolls Kid-friendliness: I had 3 of my kids with me, the hostess and server were really nice.

Delicious food! I ordered on the website and got Crab Rangoon, combination fried rice and sesame chicken. The combo fried rice was very good and will definitely order it again. Rangoon was also great.
