Saikou Sushi & Ramen

Wow you guys the seared Brussel sprouts and garlic were unbelievably good, we ordered it 2x. Char chiu chicken buns were really good, and the sushi was all fresh,and the prices are a real value, you have to try this place out soon!!

Overall everything was mid. Food was mid I had miso ramen at a level 1 spice the only saving grace was the +1$ garlic three ways as the broth was bland af and tasted like spicy water. Pork was 95%fat and undercooked… We also got saikou fries which were honestly eh and not impressive and plus dry Everything was kinda just bland. I went once a year or two ago and it was bland then so I was hoping this time would be better. Waste of money and time. Waitress was not responsive or attentive mostly seen talking to other coworkers. Everything was real disappointing. Such a shame to be honest. Normally don’t post but paying 15.15 without tip for flat funky drink and ramen I had like 3 bites of and didn’t take home was not great.

I was craving some ramen and was in the area so we tried this place. It was very clean and open. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The ramen was good, not great. The presentation was lacking and the flavor was not very strong in the broth. The ingredients and textures were fresh though. Overall I would go here again but I may try sushi next time.
