Saigon Tapioca - Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Super delicious and nicely priced! The is one of my go to spots for Pho, this one more so than the other because so many options are available! We spent $80 with tip and each got pho, appetizers, drinks, and wings (those are delicious!)

I absolutely love this place. We have always eaten pho somewhat regularly, and this is the best food. The fried wontons are truly the best I’ve ever had. The pho is fantastic - I don’t add anything to it hardly because the broth is so flavorful by itself. There are frequently new dishes that are so much fun to try. I highly recommend it!! Give it a shot!

My post is old... like 2013 old. But t'was my go to pho spot while i was residing in the springs. Worst thing there was the lady that sat at the register, not really doing much, but made ya feel uncomfortable. I'm sure things have changed (i hope) so my review can only be based on that decade ago, where the building was still looking like the previous pizza joint. Pho hit the spot, the bun vermicelli was balanced, and i love those crispy egg rolls. But it did make me miss home where pho shops take up the strip. Parking: Shares parking lot with Applebee's.
