This place never fails!! Everything is made fresh!! Their Pho is one of the best I have had in the southbay!! Friendly staff!! Parking: Multiple parking spots!!
Local mom and pop pho shop on Carson Blvd in Torrance. Not mind blown like Westminster but plenty good enough for this part of southbay. Cash is preferred or you'll be paying extra credit card fees.
