Rumbi Island Grill

One of the most disgusting meals I’ve ever paid for. Very disappointing because I used to go to Rumbi years ago and I remember thinking it was so good. The quality of food has clearly diminished to the point where the meat was actually making me feel nauseous. Don’t ever go here, Mo Bettahs is 10000x better if you’re craving island food. Oh, and not to mention the service was terrible and the establishment itself is dirty and gross. Our whole table was sticky. Ew! Avoid this place.

Too expensive for the portion. I ordered my rice bowl with the cano style beans and was disappointed that I got less than 1/4 cup of black beans. Even if you’re cheap skimping on black beans doesn’t make sense. The meal probably cost $1.50 to make (92% rice, 4% pork, 2% beans) and they charged $13. It’s a shame because the flavors are good, just not worth the cost.

The employees here are unprofessional. We came to this location and bought 3 kids meals and they told us kids meals get WATER only. We've been to 2 other locations and the kids meals received soda/juice cups. I asked if the menu varies store to store and the manager was rude and said they get a water lady. I got upset and just paid. I filled my cup up with the raspberry lemonade and filled the kids cups with it and walked out.
