RUFFRANO'S HELL'S KITCHEN PIZZA Security

I was a bit concerned going here since some of the reviews were not so good but it was the only place open so we decided to risk it. I'm glad we did, the pizza and service were both great. 2 men doing all the work did a fantastic job. We were also happy to see the nice selection of Jarritos drinks, the guava was our favorite. Will definitely eat here again if we are in the area.

Where to begin...Well let's begin from the moment I arrived at Hells Kitchen. Store "manager" Mackster was extremely rude and lacked care of interest of customers when arriving. When taking our order he constantly rolled his eyes. I asked for pizzas by the slice and he replied he was not going to make anymore due to he had 10 pies to make.I understand there is a shortage on staff members so I decided to work with him with what he was capable of making. After I placed my order I noticed he grabbed a slice of pizza from the front display with his bare hands and put it in the oven. Moments later he open the oven put his entire bare hand on the slice of pizza to check the warmth of it im assuming then grabbed cheese with his bare hand and put it on the slice of pizza. I then got his attention and asked if he can come over to where I was sitting so I didn't have yo shout across his prepping area and make it appear like I was causing a scene. I'm new to the Springs and like to try local restaurants so decided to give this place a try. I'll have to say that this is some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The flavor was quite disappointing and the consistency made it feel like I was chewing cardboard. I had a 5 dlls off coupon and it was still not worth it.
