Albertaco's Mexican Food

This was a new experience for me, but I'm glad I went, the burritos were good and a bit juicy with meat drippings, but that's a good thing when you want flavor, and the ingredients are cooked well. The lady at the store is somewhat drol, mostly copastetic, and needs to mention that when you pay by card, there's an extra charge. That came as an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. The surprising thing is that I read many reviews of the place, and a lot of them were BAD, but My experience was nowhere near the stuff that was mentioned, I'll be coming back. Good large meaty carne asada and adobada burrito for under $9.00 , that actually tastes good... Damm hard to find these days.

Extremely rude, non existent customer service. In the middle of me ordering she told me to pull forward, told her I wasn’t done ordering and she said “Oh, my bad. You can continue to order” ordered for my wife and kid than completely ignored me, while I heard her talking to someone else, all through the intercom lol. Than she eventually came back on after having me wait for 15 minutes than once I pulled forward had me wait at the window for another 10 minutes. The funny thing was the lady was offended my wife talked to her in Spanish, even though she’s from Mexico ???? Go to EL SUPER TACO, food and service is way better!

Urgh. First of all the place is located next to a busy highway. I spoke up. Her first words were don't yell. I ordered a smothered beef burrito. It was bean cheese was still blocked up. There was a sanolet across the street. Should have skipped this dump and ate at the sanolet … More
