Rudy's Burritos

Please have fluent in English cooks/staff take orders and give orders to customers. Twice I have placed orders and been handed the wrong bags after (incorrectly being asked if such-and-such order was mine and me not understanding what was being asked took them), and because Rudy’s cannot take back wrong orders, my orders had to be remade. And the remakes were done incorrectly. My Spanish is not very good and their English is not very good. We do not understand each other. It would be helpful if staff were able to communicate with all customers, both in Spanish and in English. And to make absolutely sure they were handing out the correctly made orders to the correct people the first time.

Foods and service was amazing. We stopped in for take out. All for of us got different meals and it was all correct, hot, and tasty. We will be back for sure.
