Long John Silver's | Taco Bell

The fish filets were so thin like they cut them in half. Over cooked and dark brown. The batter usually is so crispy and delicious but this was awful. The fish was dry.The chicken was half the size as well. And we asked for Tatar and cocktail sauces but didn't get not one with our order. So disappointing. We spent over $28 and got one of the worst orders ever. We could not believe that this was the Long John Silvers we loved in the past, so if this is the way they are serving their food now, we will never return there.

Placed an online order and went to pick up the food. Store says cash only, no problems there. Get my $35 order home and there's absolutely no tomatoes. On anything. My wife calls up there and the 1st manager just kept repeating they were out of tomatoes like we would have known and it was our problem. When my wife called him out on his attitude he hung up. I called back and spoke to a different manager who again, repeatedly said they were out of tomatoes and acted like we were supposed to know they had been out of tomatoes, that it was commonplace for them to be out of tomatoes, and we should just let it go. This is absolutely unacceptable. They could have easily told folks they were out of tomatoes. She did end up agreeing to comp a new order.

Went in to order. No lobster bites. No clams. And a whole lot of other no's. Save yourself the trip is you want a decent fish supper. Walked out without ordering.
