I’ve eaten here numerous times and the food and service was all most amazing. I came back again and this will be my last time unfortunately at this establishment. Ordered food and waited roughly 45 minutes which I have no issue doing so whatsoever. The issue I had with this situation is that not only was my food beyond fried and overcooked on the outside and dry on the inside, the potato salad was burnt as well. As you can see from the pictures…. My dads chicken sandwich which was fried and extremely burnt and dry as well ( no photos as it was taken from the table). We understand business and how they get busy but after waiting nearly an hour, we expected food to be delicious, but it was far from that. The server which I will not name out of respect was super polite and courteous and did offer for a remake of both dishes. The issue I have with the entire situation is that the manager who was also polite questioned if we had tried the “inside” of the food before even bothering to remake

First time in Rudy Royale, and YOU have to go! It’s a great spot with fantastic food. The pulled chicken is excellent. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was amazing will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Crystal! Specifically! Ask for her because her service is WORLD CLASS! Knowledge! A+! Personality! A+! Keep up the amazing work!

The food is extremely good and super satisfying. The fried chicken is crunchy and flavorful, they also bread the fries so they're crunchy. Being fried it's definitely oily, and I felt that somewhat after I ate but I enjoyed the meal.
