One star because there is not an option for zero stars. Husband and I both ordered carne asada tacos and were both sick within hours of eating them. All symptoms consistent with salmonella. Sickness lasted for 5 days so I suggest anyone that does not want to be sick for the next week do not eat here.
This food truck was my wish upon a star. Thank you for the BEST chicken and el pastor tacos in AZ and friendly quick service. Gracias! Hope to see Ruby’s as a restaurant with multiple locations in the near future. ????????
The food here is so delicious! The birria tacos were cooked to perfection. Not greasy and still crispy yet soft and the consume is perfect! The prices are just right too. What a great hidden little gem. Check it out! You will not be disappointed.
