This is a great restaurant with a roof top that faces the ocean. The waiter was great, he brought out heating lamps to keep us from being chilled. The food was ok, the mocha shake was fantastic! Very good service everybody on the staff is very friendly the food was great and reasonably price only paid about $25 for 2 people to eat and the food was good
I would be more happier to give it a 5 star as the food is of top quality, however they apparently discontinued the bottomless refillable fries. I mean that to me was one of the things I liked Ruby's over like say Islands had with their refillable fries. It didn't help that I had the waiter by the name of Rigoberto who seemed like he was in a somewhat bad mood. But aside from those two blunders.. the food is still great.
