Ruby's Diner

We are a huge fan of Ruby's, and we have made it a mission to try Ruby's Diners, which we have not been to before. So we noticed that Ruby's had opened a diner in Brea, so we got in the car to have an enjoyable meal at one of our favorite restaurants. Well, to our dismay, they missed the mark, as the meat in the burger was red even though we ordered it well done. We returned the burger, and they made a new one, but phycology, the damage had already been done, and we could not enjoy the rest of our meal. Additionally, the onion rings we tough and burnt, and we are saddened that the meal was not up to Ruby's overall standards, as there is nothing more then this chain to be extremely successful and to send out quality food. Why am I sending this review out, is things don't change if they don't know there is an issue; they can't fix it. We will come back and give them a second chance, and hopefully, things will improve. Came for a root beer float and a strawberry ???? shake. They are so delicious we ordered a regular hamburger with fries to go with the float and shake. Delicious but I think the fries didn't live up to the hamburger. Hamburger tasted great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Will come back for the desserts ????. Great place to come hang out before a movie or after the movie.
