Ruby Tuesday

Worst experience. Poor service. We waited an 1 hour to get our food. There was only maybe 4 other tables occupied. One of us ordered chicken strips and fries came out overly fried and onion rings. Never got the fries. Broccoli soup had cold Broccoli just placed in soup. Steak was ordered medium came out well done with char on most of it. Didn't get refills after food came. Just a very very poor experience all around.

I watched a worker use a dirty broom, then immediately move plates and handle salad bar items without washing hands or using gloves. Unfortunately I had already gone through the salad bar once before realizing the food is being mishandled. My child ordered a kids burger which was hard as a rock, the grossest mashed potatoes I’ve ever tasted, and fries which tasted like old fryer grease. Our server was aware we were unhappy and did nothing to accommodate or make it right. I regret not making it a bigger deal because I just paid $25 for 5 bites of really bad food. Do not eat here, there are so many other options.

The salad bar was lovely. My husband's ri s were fantastic. My steak ,mushrooms and zucchini not so much steak was overcooked , tough, grizzled , the mushrooms were cooked till they died and the zucchini was so coated with oil that it dripped. Thoil did not have a lpleasant taste. The French fries were oil free and good. It could be just a bad steak that happens. No I didn't say anything because my husband was so enjoying his meal and it was where he wanted to go for his birthday.. We will give it another try. Everyone has an off day sometimes.
