Very disappointed in our latest visit to Bob Evans. We were seated quickly, there were two other tables already eating and another couple came in after us. We sat there for 20 minutes and waited for a waitress. No one came by to offer us water or to take our order or tell us they'd be right with us. The two waitresses just kept walking past us. The people behind the counter just kept looking at us. When we decided to leave we told a waitress we were leaving and she acted surprised and asked where we were sitting. She looked straight at us 3 times .. She knew where we were sitting. The manager offered to take our order. We said no thanks...too little too late. It will be a long time before we go there again for dinner.

This was the first time I've ever tried this restaurant. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was cozy. It was just our waitress who didn't give off the friendly vibe. Like asking us how our meal was as she's walking past us. And giving us our bill when she delivered our food without asking if we wanted anything else. She was fine with her other customers, even sitting down with one to chat. This is a restaurant I would visit again, just not this location.
