Rubio's Coastal Grill

No matter how many times i complain about my burrito having 2 little pieces of meat in it, they never change. My burrito has a sticker on it that says “steak” but really its just rice.

Loved the food! It was so fresh and for a restaurant healthy with lots of options for those with food sensitivities. But even more amazing was the sweet helpful and super kind and beyond thoughtful young woman working behind the register. I’ve never had such a wonderful caring person help me order! She was patient and understanding of my daughters food sensitivities. It’s like she put herself in my shoes! I wish I remember her name because she deserves a raise! Thank you Rubio’s for a great experience!

Meals do not really make sense. It's a $5 up-charge for not even an ice cream scooper sized amount of refried beans and a handful of nacho chips that aren't even warm and you don't get a drink with it. Fountain drink is $3 extra. Like their main course food, side orders a waste of money.
