We loved Rubio's but they closed the last one in our state. We were so excited when we saw they had it here in California! We went for dinner and it was just as yummy as always. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a clean place with good vibes. The staff took our order and it came out quickly. The chips were stale.
Their food is flavorful and delicious! Unfortunately the last 4 times I've attempted to eat here, I've left disappointed (and without food!) 1. Coke machine broken 2. Credit card machine broken 3. Refused to take my coupon 4. I got smart. I called ahead of time to make sure 1-3 wouldn't be a problem. I waited on hold for 6 minutes before giving up.
Ordered street corn bowl, only request of the whole order was no beans…. Got my order with extra beans…. Employee was not wearing gloves while cooking food.
