Ruben's Restaurant

Been going there for years. The last 3 times have been nothing but a disappointment. 1st time they gave me shrimp instead of nuggets. Went back a week layer the fryers were down so no nuggets again. Went back today.. And told them about the credit I had for the last ordered being messed up and got home, hot dog buns hard as a rock. Fries burnt and greasy and Damn shrimp again. How do u not know the difference between shrimp and nuggets? Shrimp has a tail? Never again! So disgusted by what they let out the door.

Overall was a poor experience, If i had to some up the entire restaurant I would say it was a grease pit. The shmucks in the back were not following Indiana food code (wearing proper gloves). I also received ice water with a tiny bug in it. It also took 20 minutes for my order to come out. I simply recommend taking your business to the Subway across the street or even Burger King.

Was such a disappointment ???? I got a Philly sandwich and only ate a small amount, less than half of it. It didn't taste right. At 445am I woke up feeling pretty sick and within minutes I was in the bathroom throwing up. Only thing I ate that day, except for a few fries I got to go with the sandwich. We also didn't get all of our order. Nobody else got sick but they only got fries and cheese sticks.
