I go here a lot since it’s so close to me but I seriously can’t wrap my head around how they can’t get a simple coffee right ever? This drink literally has no syrup or oatmilk when you can clearly see the sticker. Idk if it’s just pure laziness, or what, but get it together because making coffee isn’t this hard…. And when I asked for assorted donuts, I simple asked for just 2 of them to be chocolate glazed, and you couldn’t even do that? Blows my mind

Normally, this store is preferred to the other store near me but this particular visit was not great. Now, I am completely aware of how understaffed businesses are right now and Im sure I caught thsm on a bad day but screaming at your employees while their are customers at the window is not appropriate. I came to order donuts and I had to order them through the drive-thru instead of going inside and picking my dozen. Like I said, must have been a bad day. Oh well. I'll still be back.
