Rozana Restaurant

The food LOOKED ok, but had no flavor, was dry, overpriced. Average at best. When I commented to the server that I was not satisfied, the attitude was “That’s what you ordered” and that was the end of that. I felt I got a bait and switch. I could have not paid the bill, but I didn’t want to stay any longer to deal with drama. The the old cranky lady upfront seemed offended by my comment and ignore us the whole time. Not the server fault but the owners. The fish stinks from the head. Horrible food and terrible service. Will never come back. .

This place is beyond amazing! The food is delicious and it's always fresh. The owners of the restaurant are very sweet and very friendly, they make you feel like family every time you come in. Saturday Nights are beyond amazing and fun. The entertainment on Saturdays are always fun and the singers they bring are beyond amazing and beautiful voices. They always bring a different singer from out of state or country every Saturday so there's always someone new to listen to! I must also say the customer service is great and always helpful when your in need. Out of all the restaurants and lounges I have been to I must admit ROZANA is the best and most exciting by far! It's not expensive and it's always a great time every day and every Saturday. The family and the employees are the most sweetest and generous people I have yet to meet. If your looking for a great night out, an amazing weekend, and delicious food, you must go to Rozana! I give this place more than 5 stars if I could. They also
