Dear owner , shame on you for hiring such a horrible manager who won’t even come and talk to your customer after providing inconvenience over inconveniences. When people come to dine in it’s all about the experience . The manager Zehra or zahra was laughing out loud on the phone talking to her family/friends the entire time I was dining at your restaurant . She was called out by the receptionist/ server Fatima several time after I received my order which was messed up and she still didn’t show up . I was waiting and waiting there ( check your cameras for nov 9th ). Your manager zahra served me burned fish and it was very dry and could not even be swallowed . After waiting and waiting , I finally approached the manager myself and they are telling this is how they make it, and did not wanted to hear anything about it at all . The manager zahra and Fatima ( server ) didn’t even take the blame for a dried burned fish, everyone makes mistakes but they didn’t even want to hear about it . T

The kabsa is good but they have Terrible host they gave me burned mix grill and when i complained she offered me fish because she doesn’t have lamb chops and when I told her I don’t want it she gave me discount $4 then i told her I don’t accept it she gave me discount $9 and she said I can’t do more I told her okay give me meal she gave me small box rice with lamb but I’m not gonna eat it because she was so angry in the kitchen and maybe she spit in my food I paid full price $134.48 and i left

Food is AMAZING. However, the service is very bad. Very slow. Not easy to wait for long for one dish by another dish. Should improve on customer service.
