Royal Fried Chicken Duncanville

This place ROCKS! Great food and friendly service with a smile. The food is cooked to perfection and seasoned so well. The price point is NOT bad at all. I will continue to patronage this place.

What a difference a month or two makes. This was my third trip here. The first two times the food and service were impeccable. However, today was a totally different experience. First off, I placed my order online and paid the $1.50 service fee, just to make sure my order was correct because there’s no way to misinterpret an order that you are reading correct? Wrong. But I will get to that momentarily. When I finished paying it stated that I needed to wait 20 to 30 minutes. I showed up at the 26 minute mark, and went inside. I gave them my name and was then informed I needed to wait 4 additional minutes for my okra to be fried. I was kind of confused, because it was at the only thing that’s not done. How exactly? So I waited, and then my order was ready and I took it outside. At first I was going to drive off, but I’ve learned my lesson with that so I decided to check it in the car. Lo and behold, I was short one wing as I ordered four and only received three. So I take it back inside

Good place for to go chicken and shrimp. We had combo chicken & shrimps and another combo of fish & shrimps. Kids and I loved them all. The fries were a bit soggy when we got home ( 7 minute drive) but kids still enjoyed them.The place is quite clean and spacious since no one was dining in. Not exactly a comfy place for dining in due to the layout of long self along the wall instead of tables. Friendly service. Will come back when we get a chance. (Visited Feb, 2022)
