The low rating is due to my amount being rounded up for a donation when I never gave my permission to and was never actually asked. The only good thing is I know it goes to a good cause but please do not take money donations without asking the customer FIRST.
Horribad. Waited in drive thru line ordered our food got up to the first window the lady ignored my driver so we assumed that people were paying at the second window. When we finally got to the second window they had told us our order was deleted. Then told us to just drive around again. Ridiculous so our lunch was wasted and then sold us sodas just to tell us they don't know why they sold us sodas because they have no soda available... Offered us shakes, but "the shakes are coming out thin." No thank you. All in all the only thing I can say is (cue circus music).
Very new concept. The manager was most pleasant and went to every table asking how the customer was doing and if there was anything they needed. Great customer service from her
