Rotolo's Craft & Crust

Tiny pepperonis, burnt misshapen crust, and wrong toppings on a kids-size pizza all for the low, low price of $20? It's gonna be a no for me, dawg. Place seems to have really gone downhill from how good it used to be. What a disappointment.

Great food and great service in a cool environment - as opposed to a different restaurant I reviewed recently, this place gets truffle fries exactly right! Crispy outside, but gooey inside, just salty and truffle-y enough. I had a great wait staff, Hanna, helping me, and she gave great suggestions! The BBQ wings were outstanding - they were large, tender, and tangy, I could not finish my order of 8. This is only my second time at Craft&Crust, but I will be going back!

Great food and the staff are really down to earth and friendly . My order wasn't correct and I called the manager ,spoke to Wade and he replaced my calzones free of charge. You can tell rotolos strives to make sure their customers are happy . Other businesses could learn from them. I'll definitely be a return customer .
