Rosati's Pizza

I've never seen such a poor establishment. Only one employee running the register and also the cook. I was waiting Ober 10 minutes for him to get the register up and running.

We rarely order pizza and when we do we consider it a treat. It wasn't a treat to talk to a rude girl on the phone who wouldn't bother looking over the order when I stated the price wasn't correct. And then... Being told they are too busy to patiently take my order is bad business. I am on the phone all day talking to homeowners about their personal hardships and issues, I know what stress is. I also worked in fast food as a teen, and I know how stressful it can be. However, being rude to customers doesn't bring them back. If I'm rude to a homeowner, I am immediately reprimanded, and additional episodes can lead to my job being terminated. If you hate people so much that you cant take the time to meet their demands and answer their questions, why not just quit? If you can't take an order to begin with, then how could you possibly compile an order without error?

I really love the pizza, but more often than not I have to wait forever. I call for pick up they tell me a time, I come at that time, they take my money and then tell me at least 10 more minutes. It’s a shame. Good thing there are other Rosatis near by, I sorry I’m going to have to switch. I wanted to continue to see this one do well. I realize things happen sometimes but it’s a regular thing here.
