It doesnt even taste like Rosatis frozen pizza. Im not sure what it was. I have given it two chances since the new owners took over. I dont think i will be back.
Either they changed the recipe or changed management. This most recent order a week ago was absolutely horrible! The cheese was too thick and not cooked through and it was so greasy it leaked all over the box. We have been loyal fans up until now. What happened to Rosatis!
Walked in and the guy behind the counter was standing there as if he had a attitude. After waiting for him to say something he did with a attitude! Another customer walks in and he a completely different person. Again I was there first. Helps the customer out makes sure he has everything he needs. But gives me food like this and want to apologise WE WON'T BE BACK
