Ordered a burger and a couple other things. Didn’t receive my order until 3 hours later, driver still wanted me to pay and I tipped him because he said he was sorry had car issues whatever, we all have bad days. I warm up the food the burger was not cooked at all the first bite BOOM PINK the only thing cooked was the exterior. Never again I’m sticking to the Mount prospect location it’s a drive but at least food is quality. I’m so disappointed.
First time I ordered was perfect, second wasn't following the order. 3rd time I got a wrong order. And today again not followed order. Done with this place.????
Shout out to Edward and Katrina For constantly making the best food and having great hospitality when we’re in the restaurant. You make work lunches very easy :-) we appreciate you all!
