Apple Villa Cafe - Catering

I have gone to this Apple Villa several, countless times and have been thrilled to take others with to experience their food. But this past Sunday, Sept 4th I was completely disappointed in the service and the food. Here is what I experienced. 1. The Apple Strudel pancakes looked as though it had been sitting on a counter for hours, in fact they were NOT even hot, the cream cheese swirl was completely melted looked smashed down and the pancakes placed in disarray on the plate. Like I said the dish was room temperature, not even warm. 2. I ordered the Southwestern Omelet... I do not know what they mixed into the eggs but they did not taste like eggs, in fact they had NO taste and had the texture of foam! The dish was disgusting. 3.My friends dish had burn hash browns, which we also mentioned to the server. There was no potato flavor left, only greasy flattened crust. 4. Another server came to refill my water glass and touched my glass with the water canteen then did the same to m

The food was good, my wife said they had the best pumpkin pancakes she ever had. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall a great experience...
