Roots

We tried Roots a week into it's opening. Our server Lilly went above and beyond watching out for allergies. They have many gluten free and dairy free and vegan options which made it easy for us to find not just one, but many options. We had the sweet potato fries, crispy brussel sprouts, chimichurri steak, and gnocchi with romanesco sauce. We cleaned it all up and loved it. We will have to go back and try some other options soon.

We looked to Roots to cater our wedding at the Denver Botanical Gardens. The team was amazing! They worked with us to set a menu and advise on things to help compliment the offerings we had selected. Evee our captain saw to it that our event was smooth and enjoyed by all in attendance. We would not hesitate to look to Root for additional engagements and we highly recommend using Roots.

Wow. This was our 1st time here and we already can't wait to go back. The food was exquisite, and it tastes even better knowing that you're eating at a sustainably run restaurant. We met one of the owners, Kimberly, and she greeted our table personally. Our server, Jasmine, was phenomenal. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a unique night out!
