La Distileria

I had to have the chicken en mole enchiladas. They were amazing. The best I have had in Colorado. The happy hour is great also! They have a good tapas menu and all of the traditional menu items for lunch and dinner. I'm interested in the tequila bar next time!

First off I would like to say the environment in great! Tacos are really good, not enough consommé for dipping the ????. A family member had the Posole and said it was great. Another family member had a chicken and cheese quesadilla, and said it was not so good as the chicken was flavored with cinnamon, he also waited for 30 min and we were done eating by the time he received his food. As for appetizers we ordered the queso fundillo, for the price you would think you would actually get fresh melted cheese, instead it was cheese for a can. The Plantains were good and the the guacamole was decent. As for the drinks, the michalada had no ice, and we received for poor refill service.

Been meaning to stop by after work and finally got the chance. I see a few rough reviews on here but let me tell ya, new restaurants always have kinks to work out, so don’t let them deter you! Our server was attentive, friendly and made some great recommendations. Loved the atmosphere and decor, food was SO tasty with great presentation. Issac the owner was out about supporting his team and chatting with guests. Will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend. Support local!! ????
