Romano's Macaroni Grill

This was first visit. The restaurant looked nice inside and the service was okay. I got Lasagna Bolognese. My side Caesar salad was delicious and so was the bread. The Lasagna wasn’t baked long enough. It tasted like something I’d get from Fazolis. I could see it had potential so I baked in my pan at home for about 20 minutes, it wasn’t perfect.

We stopped in Macaroni Grill yesterday for a late lunch. It truly was a five star visit. Olivia, our server, provided us with stellar service and was sweet as could be. Our food was spectacular. I asked that Olivia pass along our thoughts on the food to the chefs, as it was that good. From start to finish it was a great experience, so much so that I felt compelled to share our appreciation for the great dining experience with the restaurant Manager. He was very appreciative to hear our nice comments. This is absolutely one of our favorite restaurants! If you have never been, I highly recommend their Chicken Parm, our fave!

We haven't been to a Macaroni Grill in years, but we had a gift certificate and figured we would stop by for a late lunch. The food was OK, but the service was just bad. There was only 1 other table in there, so it's not as though our server was super busy. We were seated and our server didn't come over for over 10+ minutes. Finally, she came by and asked if we were ready to order. We actually like to enjoy a few drinks first, but she seemed eager to have us order everything at once. I tried telling her that to "start with", we would order two drinks and an appetizer, but she seemed intent on taking our entire order at once. So we ordered everything. The appetizer and my meal came out at the same time (annoying), and my husband's came out 10 minutes later. Our server never stopped by to refresh our beverages or ask if we needed anything. I had an ultimate bellini, which was supposed to be peach and blackberry flavored. It was super bland, it had no flavor whatsoever. The fo
