Rocky Rococo Pan Style Pizza

My sister and law had a wonderful time. Hadn't been there in years. They still have the absolute best pizza. Loved the atmosphere

First time at a Rocky Rococo ever. Sadly it will be my last. Staff was very unfriendly, lacked customer hospitality skills and basic food safety awareness. They delivered my pizza to another family, left it there for few mins. then realized their mistake and took back to kitchen only to immediately bring it to me. The other family had to tell Front Counter staff that they made a mistake. No apologies, was only told "well they didn't touch it." I refused the pizza, made them make a new one which took another 25 mins. No compensation for time, nothing. Interior of building is good for its age however becareful which booth you choose to sit on, broken boards in a couple.

.....have you ever had a really, really bad day, that was today. Over the last couple of years for what ever reason it seems like people are so rude, at a restaurant, work, it's sad. I stopped by your restaurant on my way home, I was greeted with, "how are you"? "Do you know what you would like to order"? You know that you hear these words often, "Arthur" made my day! Just a kind, friendly person doing their job, not just going through the motions....Refreshing!!! This man deserves a raise, kindness matter, it's good for your business!
