I just went in for ice cream, two people got their orders before me and they placed their order after me, I was completely forgotten. I haven’t been forgotten like this before that’s why I’ve given them 2 stars. But it was frustrating because the employees standing around doing nothing kept looking at me, and one chick was FaceTiming a friend while behind the counter. I get you’re busy, but it’s that more an incentive to have a well oiled machine then a bunch of people who don’t know what they’re supposed to be doing. Wish it was a better experience.
We sat outside and they have lovely flowers. Got the peanut butter and jam. There was barely any peanut butter couldn't even taste it. Onion rings had a bad oil taste. Clerks were very unfriendly. Root beer was great.
In as much as we enjoyed our Culver's food. The Culver's at 2102 W Beltline Hwy, Madison, WI will always be the most memorable Culver's we have ever visited. The amount, design, and care give to all the annual flowers planted around the building and outdoor patio was......absolutely........Phenomenally BEAUTIMOUS!! We own a wholesale greenhouse, supplying very highly visible annual installations, and can appreciate the attention to detail that has been by this Culver's. Truly a experience we will never forget. Thank You for the unselfish gift of brightening others day.
