Rockstar Burger Bar

I went for lunch on a Friday with a friend as we work around the area and when I sat down at 12:06 I waited for them to come take my drink order it took them about ten minutes to come around and do that. As soon as they took our drink order the person attending us scurried away and when she came back she finally took our order. I ordered a chicken salad and my friend ordered a chicken sandwich, at 12:51 we received our food. At that point we just ordered a to go box and had her take our check. It was bizarre since it wasn’t packed. At this point I’m back at my office and I start eating the salad which was just lettuce, shredded cheese, and a crispy buffalo chicken breast a third into that salad I start feeling some seriously gritty/crunchy stuff and it turns out they didn’t wash the salad at all. I thought I’m sure it’s not all sandy and gritty in addition to that I then bumped into a little lunch friend and at that point the salad was inedible to me. This was the worst experience ever

Burger was good. A bit much of the cream cheese in my opinion. Customer Service was good also, but my Old Fashioned was horrible. I strongly dislike a Old Fashioned with chip ice. It ruins the whole point of the whisky and slowly expresses the drink. When the bar tender asked I told him it was horrible and his response was we have no more large cubes. And chucked it off and walked away. Other than that good atmosphere all around.

Not a great experience. I ordered to go and was told my food would be ready in approximately 15 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes and my order was not ready. After another 10 minutes I was told part of my order was actually not available because they were out of it. Fine, that happens, no big deal, and I asked if the rest of my was food ready. They said yes and, after another 5 minutes or so, my order was brought out. The Cobb salad was tasty, great blue cheese dressing. The vaguely warmish burger and cold French fries, were not at all good and I threw it in the trash after two bites. The patty was oddly torn in half, overcooked to a grey puck, and covered with more pickles than any sane person would want on a cheeseburger (11 if you're curious). Overall quite disappointing, especially because I stay next door at Stanton House whenever I'm in town and it would have been nice to have an easy dinner option close by.
